About

1.1

Purpose, not guesswork.

Intentional Wealth Management is at the core of everything I do. Your financial life should be guided by purpose and built toward what matters most to you, with clarity, structure, and a clear direction.

As a Certified Financial Planner® and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, I serve as your fiduciary, committed to always acting in your best interest. My work brings focus and simplicity to complex decisions, so you can move forward with confidence at every stage of life.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all planning. I take a thoughtful, personalized approach that aligns your resources with your goals and behavior, so every recommendation has purpose, and every strategy is built with intention.

I also hold the belief that for wealth management to be effective, it must cover all aspects of one’s financial life. Investment management, financial planning, and tax planning and preparation ensure that every financial decision is coordinated, tax-aware, and aligned with your long-term goals—creating a strategy that is greater than the sum of its parts.

Guidance for the whole picture.

From building wealth to preserving it, my services connect every part of your financial life under one cohesive plan.

You work directly with me, where every strategy is intentionally designed to reflect your values, objectives, and the complexities of your financial life.

My Approach

1.3

The plan begins with you.

Before recommending any strategy, I take the time to understand what matters most—your values, objectives, family priorities, and long-term vision.

A financial plan has little value unless it evolves with your life. I work alongside you through every stage, helping you navigate change, measure progress, and make thoughtful decisions that keep your strategy aligned with what matters most- including the dreams that inspired it.

Nina Graham

CFP® · CDFA® · Proprietor

As a Certified Financial Planner™ and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, I have spent nearly twenty years helping individuals and families make thoughtful financial decisions with clarity and confidence. My clients come to me at many stages of life—from building wealth and preparing for retirement to navigating career changes, business transitions, divorce, or the loss of a loved one.

I hold a B.A. in Economics from the University of Vermont, Series 6 and 63 licenses, and my career has included roles as an Equity Arbitrage Broker at a leading institutional firm in New York City, a Partner in a privately owned Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), and now as an Independent Advisor. These experiences have shaped my belief that successful wealth management requires an integrated approach.

Originally from Midcoast Maine, I developed an enduring appreciation for hard work, lifelong learning, and the outdoors. Today, I find balance through skiing, travel, and spending time with my son, whose sense of wonder is a daily reminder to approach life with perspective and purpose.

As a CFP® and CDFA®, I am committed to acting as a fiduciary, placing my clients’ best interests at the center of every recommendation. My goal is to provide thoughtful guidance that helps clients make informed decisions with confidence—today and for years to come.

Jakye Mendez

Client Relationship Specialist

Jakye was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, before moving to Cincinnati in 2003 with her husband, Reuben. She enjoys traveling, shopping, and, most of all, spending time with family and friends.

Her perfect day starts early with a peaceful walk along the ocean, followed by time relaxing on the beach. While she doesn’t keep a formal bucket list, a trip to Greece is one adventure she hopes to experience someday.

Jakye’s first job was at Stan’s Whip N Whirl, and when she’s relaxing at home, you might find her settling in to binge-watch Steel Magnolias.
